Find a Bigger Place Agency: Ill Eagle Marketing CD: Ellie Gayle Client: Douglass Elliman Realtors Campaign: Find a Bigger Place This guerrilla campaign took advantage of the preponderance of newspaper boxes in the neighborhoods where the target audience lived. While most apartment hunting takes place online, the medium is so crowded we took the clients' message into the real world where it would stand out. Since realtors can show anyone else's listing, there is extra value in being able to reach potential clients before they started looking for a new place to live. The appropriation of available media space meant that this was an extremely cost effective campaign. I worked with CD Kent Pepper first in the studio creating the series of portraits against black of cramped people - the agency then created artwork that was placed in locations around New York City.
